We are looking for an experienced community developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building teams and developing communities.

• Market Research: Proactively research, study, and gather information on market trends in the Blockchain finance sector to identify community-building directions and suitable communication aspects.
• Community Development: Plan and implement the development of project-specific community groups within the company.
• Group Management: Manage seeding and interaction in groups.
• KOL/KOC Management: Build and connect with KOL/KOC in related fields.
• Community Strategy: Develop short-term and long-term community development plans to attract potential customers following departmental frameworks.
• Content Collaboration: Collaborate with Content Creation and Design teams to plan, create, and innovate content for advertising and communication campaigns.
• Marketing Programs: Participate in overall marketing program development and monthly campaigns with the leadership team.
• Work Planning: Plan work according to specific goals on a weekly, monthly basis, and periodically report on work progress and results.
• Strategy Proposals: Propose community development strategies to achieve company objectives.

• Age: 23 - 35 years old.
• Experience: Proven experience in creating, building, and managing groups of 10,000+ members.
• Social Media Experience: Experience working with groups and pages on social platforms.
• Education: College degree or higher in Journalism, Communications, PR, Marketing, or related fields.
• English Proficiency: IELTS 5.0 or equivalent and above.
• Passion for Community Development: Enthusiasm for community development to provide value to customers.
• Expertise: Knowledge and experience in community management in Finance, Blockchain, or Crypto sectors are a significant advantage.
• Tool Proficiency: Proficient in using multi-channel management and posting tools is an advantage.
• Market Insight: Understanding of member insights and ability to capture needs and trends.
• Language Skills: Excellent writing, reading comprehension, and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Responsibility and Teamwork: High sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and in teams.
