We are looking for an experienced business developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive business experience in technology or another industry.

Identify and Develop Potential Clients:

• Identify and approach target clients, including investors, businesses, and projects related to cryptocurrencies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within the Crypto community.

Develop and Maintain Partnership Relations:

• Build and maintain relationships with business partners, blockchain developers, service providers, and other stakeholders in the Crypto industry.
• Seek and develop new collaboration opportunities, including participation in alliances or associations in the cryptocurrency field.

Negotiate and Sign Contracts:

• Participate in negotiating contract terms with clients and partners in the Crypto industry.
• Ensure that contracts are properly executed and comply with legal regulations related to cryptocurrencies.

Develop Business Strategies in the Crypto Industry:

• Develop and implement business plans and strategies to enhance the company's presence in the Crypto field.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize business strategies, including marketing, legal, and technology.

Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of business development strategies and activities in the Crypto industry.
• Report results and propose improvement measures to management, including risk and opportunity assessment in the Crypto market.

• Age: 23 - 35 years old.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience.
• Education: College degree or higher in PR, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related fields.
• English: IELTS 5.0 or equivalent and above.
• Passion for business development to provide value to the company and clients.
• Knowledge and experience in business development in the Finance, Blockchain, or Crypto sectors are a significant advantage.
• Proficient in multi-channel marketing tools.
• Understanding of market insights and ability to capture market and partner needs and trends.
• Excellent writing, reading comprehension, and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• High sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and in teams.
• Female candidates with good appearance are preferred.
